What you'll be doing

Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment

Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed

Oversee the work of construction teams, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and timeline standards

Prepare and present project reports, documenting progress, issues, and resolutions

Collaborate with the broader construction team to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry

Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management principles, and relevant regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders

Proficient in project management software and tools, such as scheduling, budgeting, and reporting applications

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
