What you'll be doing

BQ and quotation for the project.

Source more quality Subcon and suppliers.

Update supplier and Subcon's latest costing.

Site visit and update project progress for each project.

Coordinate and liaise with suppliers or Subcon for pricing samples, etc.

Ability to source for supplies and quotation for tendering.

Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.

Taking off quantities for tender.

To assist in tender documentation/cost tabulation.

Prepare tender and contract documentation including collection and checking for completeness of documents.

Provide support in any other adhoc duties as assigned from time to time.

What we're looking for

Possess at least a Certificate/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry

Has excellent communication and good negotiation skills, revised cost & quotation if/when required.

Background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.

Computer literate with proficient in major Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Excel and etc.

Proficient in MS Project.

Able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Has basis knowledge of contractual matters.

Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and problem-solving.

Entry level candidates can applied and will be considered. Proficient in using quantity surveying software and MS Office applications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously

工作职责

更新供应商和分包商的最新成本信息

进行现场考察并跟进各项目进度

与供应商或分包商协调报价、样品等事务

寻找投标所需物资及相关报价

评估价格对比并制作成本汇总

执行工程量清单测算以供投标使用

协助投标文件编制及成本统计表

准备招标和合同文件，包括文件收集和完整性核查

执行上级安排的其他临时性任务

任职要求
持有土木或机电计量相关专业的证书/文凭/高级文凭/学士学位

至少拥有 2 年建筑行业计量师经验

具备良好的沟通与谈判能力，能根据需要修改报价及成本

具备业务技能、管理能力、预算编制和分析能力

熟练操作 Windows、Office、AutoCAD、Excel 等软件

精通 MS Project 工具

能独立工作，在压力下按时完成任务

具有基本的合同事务知识

自信、积极、能在压力下解决问题，按时交付成果

欢迎初级申请者，具备使用计量软件和 Office 应用的能力

拥有优秀的分析和问题解决能力

能在团队中高效协作并管理多个项目
