What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate on-site activities, including monitoring construction progress, quality, and safety

Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise during projects

Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and company policies

Manage the procurement of materials and equipment to support project timelines

Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges

Prepare detailed progress reports and documentation for project management

Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their professional development

What we're looking for

Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar site supervisor or project engineer role within the construction industry

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders

Familiarity with construction management software and tools

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
