What you'll be doing

Manage full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare customer invoices, follow up on payments, and process creditor invoices and payments.

Generate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports and statements; assist with budgets and forecasts.

Maintain proper accounting records and filing of all financial documents.

Handle payroll processing, EPF, SOCSO, PCB submissions, and manage employee claims and reimbursements.

Support external auditors during annual audits and assist with tax filings.

Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and general office duties.

Provide support to the management team as required.

Undertake ad hoc tasks and any other duties assigned by the company to support business operations.

What we're looking for

A minimum of 3 years' experience in an accounts or administrative role, preferably within the construction industry

Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and interpersonal skills

A relevant degree or diploma in Accounting or a related field
