Job Description
We are expanding and are now hiring for the following vacancies: Purchasing Executive and Technical Sourcing Engineer.
1) Purchasing Executive
Position Summary:
This position is responsible to oversees all aspects of an organization's goods and services purchasing function. Responsible for planning and directing materials and supply to reduce costs and improve quality.
Key Responsibilities:
To issue and monitor purchase orders of indirect materials in order to ensure on time delivery to user departments.
Monitor OTD of outsources process such as machining, cleaning and surface finishing.
Monitor the adherence of specifications of purchased products which match with customer’s requirement.
Secure competitive price quotations 2 or more quotes for all purchases.
Maintain on price lists, regular purchases, supplier information and purchase order in the system.
Ensure documentation of all phases of the purchasing process in a manner that will facilitate internal and external audit.
Assist shipment in create invoice, pack list & schedule shipment pickup online through FedEx, UPS and etc.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Commerce or equivalent.
2-4 years working experience in the related field. Strong PC computer skills
Speak, write, and read fluent English

2) Technical Sourcing Engineer
Position Summary:
This role requires strong technical knowledge of fluid systems, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
Key responsibilities:
1) Supplier Identification and Evaluation
Identify potential suppliers for fluid system components and equipment (mechanical, pneumatic, wire harness component)
Evaluate suppliers based on technical capability, quality control processes, capacity, and financial stability.
Conduct site visits and audits to assess supplier capabilities and compliance with standards.
2) Supplier Selection and Negotiation:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and specifications for fluid system components.
Lead supplier selection process based on technical expertise, quality, delivery, and cost considerations.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve optimal cost and quality outcomes.
3) Technical Support and Documentation:
Provide technical expertise and support to internal stakeholders on fluid system components and equipment.
Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards.
Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with requirements.
4) Supplier Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality components.
Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and implement improvement plans when necessary.
Collaborate with suppliers to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
5) Supply Chain Optimization:
Work closely with procurement teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure on-time availability of fluid system components.
Identify and implement strategies to mitigate supply chain risks and improve overall efficiency.
Monitor market trends and technological advancements in fluid system components to identify potential new suppliers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years’ experience in sourcing or supply chain management, preferably in the fluid systems industry.
Strong technical knowledge of fluid system components, such as valves, pumps, pipes, and fittings.
Familiarity with SEMI industry standards and regulations related to fluid systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective negotiation and communication abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Strong project management and organizational skills
