1) NPI Engineer x 2 Person

Position Summary:

This position is responsible to understand the customer specifications and company standards and, verifying the same in the finished product. This position is also responsible in confirming the blueprint of the product before it goes for manufacturing.

Requirements:

A degree in a field related to the area of discipline or equivalent certification and experience within the specific discipline.

Four (4) years or more experience in NPI project management.

Experienced with production line / workstation setup / machining process and jig / tooling design with CAD system.

Strong PC computer skills.

Speak, read and write fluent English.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform NPI review meeting on all incoming new FA parts. Document all the actions and close as per agreed time line.

Coordinate with programming team on urgency of CAM program and also jig / fixtures that requires to be machine prior to actual part machining.

Perform post-mortem meeting once part completed machining in order to review any arising issue in program, machining, inspection and assembly of the part.

Raise technical query / change proposal when required by supervisor, monitor the progress in customer portal and update on weekly basis the progress of these request.

Liaise with programming team for any discrepancies on the drawing and update the rest of the team.

Conduct capability studies of processes, manufacturing method and tools for each new part numbers.

Drives cost reduction programs related to process or process material.

Evaluate, and qualify new materials, designs and processes as required for specific NPIs.

Participate qualification / sample builds (FA), trial run on NPIs.

Analyse and root cause identification on customer return units and derive corrective and preventive measures.

Involve in machine, fixture and tool validation process before use in production.

Prepare process related document including manufacturing specification, FMEA, Control plans and OMS.

Train, coach and guide CNC machinist as required.

Any other job responsibilities assigned by supervisor as and when required



2) Process Engineer x 1 Person

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for defining and optimizing manufacturing operations to produce quality products while meeting cost, efficiency, and customer requirements. The role focuses on developing robust processes, supporting production activities, and driving continuous improvement across machining, welding, bending, leak testing, and assembly processes.

Requirements:

Possess at least an Advance diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastic machining and related processes such as welding, bending, leak testing, or assembly.

Know how to use SolidWorks for design-related activities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment.

Good communication skills with the ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish, maintain, and update engineering documentations such as OMS, SOP, OI, EI, Setup Sheet and WI.

Lead new project development such as automation, machine, tools and etc.

Lead process and continues improvement activities to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Coordinate Engineering Change (ECR/ECO) and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure effective and proper implementation of change.

Validate the changes through trials, verification, and documentation updates.

Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, tooling, jigs, and workflow.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Engineering) to resolve issues and achieve department goals.

Use SolidWorks to carry out certain tasks as needed to support manufacturing processes, tooling, and engineering changes

Ensure all processes and documentation comply with customer standards and specifications.

Provide technical support to the Quality team during 8D investigations.

Ensure process readiness and continuous improvement across machining, welding, bending, leak testing, and assembly processes.

Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and capacity.
