Responsibilities:

Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.

Process purchase orders and sales orders accurately.

Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on order status and delivery.

Maintain and update sales records, reports, and CRM data.

Support the sales team with administrative tasks and follow-up activities.

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates.

Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in sales administration or coordination (fresh grads with strong skills may be considered).

Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia ; Korean is an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Ability to work independently and in a team.
