Handle daily accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing, and filing.
Record and reconcile daily sales, cash collections, and POS reports.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Process supplier invoices and prepare payment vouchers.
Monitor petty cash and perform regular reconciliations.
Assist in monthly financial reports and closing activities.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Support stock, inventory, and cost control reporting.
Liaise with suppliers, auditors, banks, and internal departments.
Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and company policies.
Perform other accounting or administrative duties as assigned.

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Familiar with accounting software (e.g. SQL Accounting, QuickBooks, UBS, MYOB, or similar).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic office applications.
Good attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Honest, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.
