Responsibilities

Identify and develop new key accounts through networking, cold calling, and market research to drive sustainable sales growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Manage the business development pipeline to achieve annual sales growth above industry average and execute strategic initiatives aligned with divisional direction.

Understand customer needs and provide accurate information to the NPI team for timely RFQ preparation and delivery.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.

Prepare quotations in accordance with the company’s costing structure.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of industrial sales experience in Med-tech, Semi-con, Electronics, or FMCG industries, with proven success in acquiring new accounts.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Proficient in MS Office applications.
