Responsibilities
Prepare and manage sales quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and contracts.

Maintain customer databases, sales records, and CRM updates.

Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations to ensure timely delivery.

Monitor and control inventory levels at the third-party warehouse to support customer orders.

Track sales orders from start to completion and resolve issues or delays.

Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries.

Handle calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.

Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain proper documentation.

Assist with sales meetings, presentations, and marketing materials.

Provide administrative support to the sales team.

Prepare reports as requested by management.

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.

Minimum 3 years’ related working experience.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Mature, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
