Responsibilities :

Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue targets

Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure

Identify and develop new customers, markets, and business opportunities

Build and manage strategic relationships with key accounts and decision-makers

Negotiate and close high-value contracts with sustainable margins

Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

Manage pricing strategies to balance competitiveness and profitability

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management.



Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Minimum 8 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in plastics, injection moulding, or ODM/OEM

Proven B2B sales experience serving medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare companies

Good understanding of medical industry requirements and standards (eg: FDA, ISO 13485, GMP)

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills

Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently

Willing to travel as required
