Responsibilities
Handle daily sales data processing and manage sales-related documents.

Assist with sales loading and delivery arrangements to customers.

Prepare sales billings (sales orders, tax invoices, etc.).

Liaise with customers via phone and email, and support sales activities.

Provide timely information and reports as required by sales administration processes.

Maintain proper document filing and record-keeping.

Attend to sales enquiries and customer needs promptly.

Perform tasks assigned by the superior and support ad hoc duties when required.

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.

Minimum 1 year of related working experience.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).

Mature, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
