Job Description

Responsibilities :

1. Full Set Accounting, Monthly Close & Analysis

Prepare full set of accounts including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and journal entries.

Perform timely monthly closing, including accruals, prepayments, balance sheet schedules, and reconciliation of bank accounts, inter-company balances, debtors, and creditors.

Conduct variance analysis against budget and forecast, and perform financial analysis on customers to support business and credit decisions.

2. Financial Reporting, Forecasting & Budgeting

Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and quarterly reporting to the Group.

Perform monthly and mid-year forecasts and support the annual budgeting process.

3. Cash Flow Management & Treasury

Monitor daily cash positions and perform cash flow planning and forecasting.

Handle treasury functions including cash management and foreign exchange booking.

Liaise with banks on banking matters and facilities as required.

4. Tax & Compliance

Support preparation of yearly company tax computation, transfer pricing documentation, and related submissions.

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and bankers to ensure smooth audit and compliance processes.

Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.

5. Operational Support & Ad Hoc Tasks

Support day-to-day finance operations including invoice processing, payments, collections, and financial data entry.

Assist in finance process improvements, internal controls, and system enhancements.

Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required by management.



Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Professional Qualification, or related discipline.

Minimum 3–4 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance.

Strong knowledge of MFRS/IFRS and tax regulations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiar with at least one ERP/accounting system.

Good command of written and spoken English.

Positive, self-motivated, and proactive with high integrity and strong commitment and teamwork.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
