Job Description:

• Responsible for collecting documents, contacting with runners, and following VTA certification，

• Manage daily import and export shipping operations for Malaysia from other regions.

• Responsible for preparation of documentation such as booking forms, bills of lading, shipping invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, cubic meter calculations, loading plans, Importer Security Filings, Shipping Instructions, and other relevant import/export documents.

• Coordinate and follow-up shipment movements, providing shipping documents and information to customers.

• Monitor closely with the warehouse department to ensure timely distribution.

• Perform other related job functions as directed by superiors.



Job Requirements:

• Familiar with shipping incoterms, Good understanding of the shipping processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping & logistics operations.

• Resourceful and able to work independently.

• Organized with effective time management skills.

• High level of initiative, strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft office applications

• Able to communicate, read and write in Chinese
