Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch.

Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP system.

Ensure proper documentation for inbound and outbound shipments (e.g., delivery notes, GRNs, invoices).

Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and dispatch.

Monitor stock levels and assist in conducting regular physical stock audits and cycle counts.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards in the warehouse.

Optimize warehouse layout and storage for space utilization and workflow efficiency.

Train and supervise warehouse staff and laborers as needed.

Generate and maintain reports related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse KPIs.

Resolve issues related to damaged goods, order discrepancies, or delivery delays.



Key Skills and Competencies:

Knowledge of warehouse procedures and best practices.

Proficiency in using ERP systems.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Basic knowledge of inventory and logistics operations.

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to lead and supervise a team.



Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.

Certification in warehouse management (preferred but not mandatory).

Able to work in our factory in Pulau Indah, Port Klang.

Positions - (Executive and Junior Executive) available.



Working Conditions:

Physical work including standing, lifting, and walking in the warehouse.

May involve shift work, extended hours, or weekend operations depending on business needs.
