Responsibilities and Duties

Conduct daily incoming, in-process, and final inspections according to approved drawings, specifications, and inspection procedures.

Accurately document inspection results, nonconformities, and product traceability in quality records and systems.

Identify defects and nonconformities, perform basic root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.

Support engineers in RMA/RTV processes, including documentation control and record maintenance.

Perform internal equipment calibration and coordinate external calibration activities.

Prepare, update, and maintain QC inspection reports and quality-related data entries.

Assist engineers in maintaining ISO 9001 QMS documentation and perform duties as a document controller.

Provide support for ad-hoc quality-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Working Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in quality inspection or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.

Experience in automation, equipment, or AMHS industry is an added advantage.

Education

Diploma/Certificate in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.

Essential Knowledge & Skills

Basic knowledge of quality inspection methods and practices.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Hands-on experience with QA measuring instruments and inspection equipment.

Working knowledge of MS Office applications.

Good documentation and record-keeping skills.

Ability to work under tight schedules and short lead times.
