Mission
To drive revenue growth by leading integrated marketing strategies and sales execution, aligning brand visibility, lead generation, and conversion performance.

Key Responsibilities

A. Marketing Strategy & Leadership

Plan and manage overall marketing strategy across digital channels.

Oversee campaign calendars, budgets, and agency coordination.

Review performance metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI.

B. Brand & Content Direction

Guide content direction across social media, ads, and communication platforms.

Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging.

Collaborate with designers and external partners.

C. Sales Leadership & Conversion

Lead the sales function handling inbound leads from marketing.

Establish sales processes, scripts, response time standards, and KPIs.

Coach sales team to improve conversion rates and customer experience.

D. CRM, Reporting & Performance

Ensure accurate CRM usage, pipeline tracking, and reporting.

Review weekly/monthly performance dashboards.

Identify improvement opportunities across marketing and sales funnels.

E. Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with design, project, and operations teams to ensure smooth customer journey.

Participate in leadership planning and business growth discussions.

Key Competencies

Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability

Proven experience in digital marketing & sales management

Data-driven, target-oriented, and commercially minded

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Management, or related field

Professional certifications in Digital Marketing or Sales (e.g. Meta, Google, HubSpot) are an added advantage

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing and/or sales roles

At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity

Proven experience managing:

- Digital marketing campaigns (paid & organic)

- Lead generation and sales conversion processes

- Revenue targets and performance KPIs

Experience in SME, startup, or fast-growing business environments is preferred
