Key Responsibilities

A. Lead Qualification & Client Engagement

Manage inbound commercial leads from marketing.

Understand client business needs, space requirements, and budgets.

Educate clients on the company’s design & build solutions.

B. Design-Led Sales

Propose suitable commercial design concepts and packages.

Present quotations supported by visuals, layouts, and storytelling.

Follow up strategically to close deals.

C. Customer Journey Ownership

Act as main point of contact throughout the sales stage.

Handle objections and negotiations professionally.

Ensure smooth transition to project execution teams.

D. Sales Performance & Growth

Track leads, conversions, and revenue in CRM.

Share insights and improvement ideas during weekly reviews.

Support expansion of commercial sales processes.

Key Competencies

Strong communication & persuasion skills

Good design sense and commercial awareness

Highly responsive, organized, and results-driven

Comfortable with CRM and digital tools

Requirements

Degree in Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent

Minimum 2–3 years experience, preferably with commercial exposure

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Coohom, Adobe Suite

Strong presentation, client-facing, and leadership skills
