Job Description

1. CORE RESPONSIBILITY :

1. Order related

l Good communication with sales team /Customers to make sure orders are received correctly .

l Work as Oracle OM user to accurately and timely issue SO in Oracle system and follow up the production schedule with local supporting dept to fulfill customer demand.

l For local produce items , work closely with logistic team to arrange shipment and fix any issue if accured. Handle in-land logistic including all affairs in the port such as customs clearance, and transportation to warehouse and to customers.

l For import items , work with US/ China team closely to monitor physical status and offer related CI/PL for shipping . Close sales order timely once Bill of Loading done .

l Sample order ship control .

l Issue invoice and post to customer side regularly.

2. Inventory review

l Review related inventory report and monitor slob consumption .

3. Sales data support for sales team

l Collect sales data and work closely with sales to achieve monthly sales goal.

4. Resolve customer claims

l Key customer claim into discovery system within 2 working hours, and arrange exchange per related leaders’ approval. Follow up open claims until case closed

5. Other tasks assigned by line manager



EDUCATION BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:



Required:

l Diploma from 2 year college or Bachelor degree, major in business or chemistry are preferred

b. Preferred: Chemical industry or business major are preferred.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:



Required:

l Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both with external and internal relevant department.

l Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

l Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.

l Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed.

l Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.



Preferred:

l have experience in a customer service or help desk capacity preferred. Experience with international trading / supply chain role will be a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (Please list bellows if there is any):

TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENT

Required/:

l Fluent in oral and written English, and skillful in MS office (Words, Excel and Power Point)

l Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

l Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills.
