Job Description

You will play an important role in:

Relationship management

Maintain client relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships.

Ensure customer satisfaction: Proactively address customer needs, concerns, and complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Coordinate support: Liaise with internal departments, such as customer service, technical support, and supply chain, to ensure timely delivery and superior service.

Sales growth and strategy

Account planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify new sales opportunities and increase the sales within existing accounts.

Product promotion: Promote the company's products and services to key clients, emphasizing their value proposition and benefits.

Achieve sales targets: Drive sales growth within the assigned portfolio of accounts to meet or exceed sales goals.

Administrative and analytical tasks

Manage accounts: Oversee all aspects of assigned client accounts, including order entry, invoicing, and contract management.

Report performance: Monitor key account performance and provide regular reports to management on sales activities, account status, and forecasts.

Gather market intelligence: Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to help develop targeted strategies.

Maintain data: Accurately record customer data and interactions in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.



To be successful in this role, you would require:

Bachelor's degree in science, Biology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Medical Science or equivalent.

Fluent in verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

At least 2-3 years of experience in In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD).

Own a valid driving license and a car.

Willing to travel extensively.

Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to find creative solutions to customer issues.

A high degree of organization and attention to detail to manage multiple accounts effectively.

Able to work independently, manage time efficiently, and be self-motivated.
