RESPONSIBILITIES:

Start-up and shutdown the plant as per schedule given.

Operate the plant safely as per POM and monitor the process conditions to meet desired product quality & yield.

Periodically check on equipment in operation and perform autonomous maintenance if required eg:top up seal pot oil for canned pump

Report & record any process abnormality or malfunctioned equipment to superior.

Maintain good housekeeping at the assigned plants and tank farm.

Send in-process stream samples to QC Department (as per PQP plan) and storage tank samples (for monitoring) and record the results accurately.

To carried out intertank transfer within ACM 2 tank farm as per instruction from superior

Monitor storage tanks quantity, temperature and level. Must also check and make sure the product resource code allocated to the storage tanks are correct.

To update shift production activities into SAP system & utilize RPO (Real Time Production Organizer) as daily operation communication platform -including shift hand-over module , logbook (instruction from superior) & plant checklist document

Carry out routine duties as stated in respective plants Work Instruction.

Monitor and record important process conditions if necessary.

Monitor condition and functionality of fire fighting equipment (hose reel, fire extinguisher) in the plants

Ensure plant effluent discharge is within the control limit & scheduled waste generated is labelled & disposed accordingly.

Adhere to company safety rules and regulations and ensure no unsafe practices/acts in working area.

Ensure KPI's are met through teamwork and continuous improvement.

Ensure effective implementation of Quality, Food Safety, Feed Safety, EFfCI, Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Systems and Energy Saving Management System.

To undertake any other duties given by superior from time to time.



REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Diploma or equivalent.

1-2 years working experience

Basic computer skills

Computer literacy - able to operate DCS system , SAP & RPO
