Design, implement, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards, and automate reporting processes to support monthly and ad-hoc reporting while improving efficiency and accuracy.

Accountability for end-to-end reporting processes, ensuring data quality, consistency, and timely delivery.

Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions

Drive continuous process improvement initiatives related to data, reporting, and analytics workflows

Support projects by providing data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking

Support organizational management activities, including department and position structure maintenance.

Document data models, processes, and standards to ensure sustainability, knowledge transfer, and compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements.


Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field

2-3 years of experience working in HR related field, relevant professional certifications (Power BI, Data Analytics, Automation) are an advantage

Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, dashboards, performance optimization), Advanced data analytics and data modeling concepts

Familiarity with automation tools is a PLUS (Power Automate, scripting, or similar)

Experience acting as a subject-matter expert, ability to guide stakeholders, influence best practices, and drive initiatives and project management

Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken), strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
