SCM Planner Senior Specialist
Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia – OSRAM OS Penang

Determination of global demand plans for finished goods under consideration of schedules, production & material capacities, order situation, inventories and business objectives.
Support long term demand and capacity planning under consideration of strategic goals of ams OSRAM.
Preparation and execution of internal alignment meetings with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Industrial Engineering and other SCM departments.
Preparation and execution of alignment meetings on Management Level for Sales and Operation Planning for a dedicated Business line.
Analysis and Improvement of Planning Quality by interpretation of results from quantitative methods.
Collaboration in Projects to improve planning processes of the worldwide supply chain. Securing requirements of the department when it comes to software implementations.
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant field, advanced degree or professional certification is advantageous.
At least 3+ years in semiconductor field or related supply chain knowledge.
International exposure due to close collaboration with Team in Germany and Business Line located in Germany.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with diverse teams.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
Proficiency in planning tools, ERP system and advanced excel skills
Detail oriented with a commitment to maintain high planning accuracy.
Ability to adapt to dynamic work environment and navigate complexities within the Supply Chain.
Proficiency in supply chain planning tools end ERP system.
Advance knowledge of Microsoft office for data analysis and reporting.
