Key Responsibilities

Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) on automated assembly lines, testing stations, winding machines, soldering systems, and precision calibration equipment as well as keeping everything in top condition.

Quickly diagnose & repair electrical, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic faults to minimize production downtime.

Support equipment installation, setup, calibration, and optimization for new lines or product changes.

Manage spare parts inventory, maintain accurate CMMS records, and ensure full compliance with ESD, safety, and ISO standards.

Participate in continuous improvement (TPM/Kaizen) projects to boost equipment efficiency and reduce repeat issues.

Promote and follow strict safety & ESD protocols at all times.



What We’re Looking For

Certificate in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related technical field.

3–5 years of maintenance experience in electronics manufacturing, precision assembly, or electromechanical production (Troubleshooting of analog/digital circuits, PLCs, servo systems, sensors, pneumatics, and mechanical drives etc.)

Proficient with test equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.) and reading schematics/blueprints.

Familiar with CMMS software, lean/TPM principles, and ESD-safe practices.

Good problem-solving mindset and ability to work under time pressure during breakdowns

Strong written & verbal English + Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an added plus
