What you'll be doing

Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and record-keeping

Reconcile bank statements and petty cash accounts on a regular basis

Prepare financial reports and statements as required

Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records

Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve any financial discrepancies

Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed

What we're looking for

Minimum of 2 years' experience in an accounts or finance role, ideally within the hotel or hospitality industry

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Diploma or degree in Accounting or a related field
