What you'll be doing

Providing attentive and courteous table service to guests in our Chinese restaurant

Taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling payments efficiently

Maintaining a clean and organised dining area, ensuring tables are set and presented to a high standard

Assisting with menu recommendations and providing information about the restaurant's specialties

Responding promptly to guest requests and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise

Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant operations

Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour

Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team

Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
