Job Summary

Schedules Preventives and corrective maintenance and keeps records to maintain proper control of them to ensure efficient and trouble-free functioning of all HVAC, starters, pumps system, motors, cooling towers, Heat machines, Kitchen equipments, switchboards, door readers etc.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Familiarizes with fire procedures, all emergency exit and safety procedures.

Participates in regular fire drills and responsible for the fire fighting.

Regular checklist and responsible to high light incomplete works by addressing out.

Initial responsibility during off day, duties and on concern work status

Attends to immediate repairs through Maintenance Work Orders and follow up on any outstanding Maintenance Work Orders.

Maintenance repairs and schedule servicing of Applications Equipments & components, Advertisement board, Banner, Electrical, Carpentry, Civil, Corrosion, Decorative, Masonry, Mechanical, Paintings, refrigerant, Restoration, Equipments & components up keeping and within the scope of Engineering Department of CPG internal and external areas.

Provide maximum labour production, sufficient works sharing basis.

Provide assistance on the urgency of works

Provide backup services when team member is lacking to complete.

Carries out daily checks on all mechanical electrical installations.

Routine checks of Consumption Meter Reading are written proper and utility system operational condition.

Assist to carry out regular testing of generator and fire alarm system.

Up keeping of store items, receiving and arrangement of stores.

Ensures that all lights in the public areas and guest corridors are in working condition.

Ensure all public area is lighted and all switch sockets are Intact.

Carries out shift duties, split or when called upon to perform odd duties whenever a person of the same category/ trade falls sick, is on vacation or as called upon to do so from time to time as directed by Maintenance Manager/Maintenance Secretary.

Inspect all equipment and tools are safe to use. Follow up reason for any spoil items reporting.

Report directly concerning defect equipment, incomplete job, unable to complete, untrained for the job, wrongly use applicators, inter-department staff misused applicator, wall writing and vandalizing, application system (water, electrical, sewage, plumbing, heat machine, etc)

Good preparation, tools, systematic approach, must admire completed works is acceptable by all and correct, final touch by cleaning area and returning to prospective location.
