What you'll be doing

Overseeing the daily operations and workflow of your assigned kitchen section

Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation

Ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations

Collaborating with the Head Chef and other Chefs de Partie to develop new menu items and improve existing ones

Providing supervision, training and mentorship to junior kitchen staff

Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked work area

Participating in inventory management and ordering of supplies

What we're looking for

At least 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment

Formal culinary training or a recognised qualification in Culinary Arts

Strong working knowledge of food safety, sanitation and kitchen operations

Excellent time management and multitasking skills

Ability to work effectively in a team and lead by example

Creativity and a passion for crafting innovative, flavourful dishes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
