Key responsibilities

Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner

Taking food and drink orders, and processing payments efficiently

Ensuring the coffee bar and dining areas are clean, tidy and well-stocked at all times

Assisting with food preparation and plating as needed

Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer concerns

Following all health, safety and hygiene protocols

Supporting the wider hospitality team as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar food and beverage or hospitality role

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure

Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays

Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience
