What you'll be doing

Coordinate and facilitate the sales process, from lead generation to order fulfilment

Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales activities

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and preparing presentations

Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of products/services

Come out with brochures and pamphlets for promotions

Knowledge in Marcom and graphic designs will be an added advantage

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a sales coordination or similar administrative role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues

Excellent organisational and time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks

Proficiency in using sales-related software and tools

A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset

Familiarity with the sales industry and an understanding of sales processes
