Role Description

• Research and identify potential accounts to develop new business opportunities and

drive revenue growth.

• Plan, execute, and oversee new marketing initiatives.

• Contact prospective clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

• Conduct cold calling, client meetings, proposal preparation, follow-ups, and sales

presentations.

• Manage and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.

• Coordinate timely maintenance activities and ensure accurate collection arrangements.

• Achieve sales targets set by the company.

• Handle the customer support phone line when required.

• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in new business development and lead generation.

• Strong hunter mindset with a passion for sales.

• Solid understanding of business and commercial principles.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience in account management.

• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Willingness to travel and work outstation when required.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.

• Familiarity with the storage or facilities-related industry is an added advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
