Full job description
Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features.

Building a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.

Maintaining a customer database and communicating with them.

Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.

Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets.

Assisting with the set up of showroom and promotional displays.

To arrange for the handover of the new vehicle with maximum customer orientation.

To develop and provide good after sales customer care in order to create basis for repeat sales.

Able and willing to participate in roadshows, sales activities and launching events if required.

Prior experience in sales or automotive industry is strongly preferred."

Comision Based

Requirements:

SPM & above

A positive and keen to learn attitude

Passion to deliver exceptional levels of guest services

Able to multi-task and detail oriented

Good interpersonal and communications skills

Able to work shift, weekends and public holidays

Competent in MS Office applications.

Knowledge of Opera system will be added advantage."

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
