Responsibilities:

Demonstrate strong product knowledge and provide exceptional sales recommendations to customers

Build and maintain client relationships through excellent sales and after-sales service

Ensure the boutique is consistently maintained to high standards of cleanliness and presentation

Participate actively in brand-related events and initiatives

Support team members with administrative tasks such as updating stock counts and traffic reports

Maintain accurate after-sales service records and ensure proper system updates

Ensure full compliance with all retail standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

Experience in luxury retail (fashion, jewelry, or similar industries preferred)

With strong interpersonal and communication skills

Team player with a customer-focused attitude

Commission: Approximately 2% of total sales (After comfirmation)

Currently Average: 800-2000+ comission
