Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

Assist the sales team with daily operations, including order processing, customer inquiries, and sales reporting.

Prepare and maintain sales documentation, including quotes.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Customer Service:

Act as a point of contact for key customers, addressing their needs and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with the sales team to improve customer satisfaction.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Reporting & Analysis:

Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review.

Provide insights and recommendations based on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications:

Chinese proficiency is required as the role involves communication with Chinese-speaking clients.

Required Diploma or Degree in any field. Preferred major studies such as Business Administration or Sales & Marketing.

3+ years of experience in specification sales or a similar role in the construction or building materials industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm

Alternative Saturdays 8.00am – 12.00pm
