Job Responsibilities
Develop and expand overseas markets, especially Southeast Asia and the Middle East

Identify and acquire new customers for pressure vessels, air coolers, and industrial refrigeration equipment

Maintain and grow existing customer relationships to drive repeat business

Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements (ASME, PED)

Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and customized solutions

Lead commercial negotiations and manage contracts under INCOTERMS & L/C

Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to delivery and payment collection

Coordinate with engineering, production, logistics, and finance teams

Handle after-sales technical support, customer complaints, and claims

Prepare sales reports and customer follow-up records

Job Requirements
Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Process Equipment, Refrigeration, or related fields

Minimum 3 years overseas sales experience in pressure vessels, air coolers, or industrial equipment

Familiar with ASME, PED, and international trade practices

Good knowledge of INCOTERMS and Letters of Credit (L/C)

Able to communicate and write in Chinese, as the role requires regular coordination with Chinese customers.

Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage)

Strong negotiation skills and cross-cultural communication ability

Willing to travel overseas when required

Work Schedule & Location
5-day work week, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Office-based in Subang Jaya
