About the role

Join our dynamic F&B team as an F&B Supervisor at INTER ISLAND MALAYSIA' in Selangor. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant and bar facilities. Your attention to detail and strong leadership skills will be essential as you oversee the day-to-day activities of our front-of-house staff.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate the work of front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional customer service

Ensure all health, safety and hygiene standards are consistently met

Manage inventory, stock control and ordering processes for the F&B outlets

Assist with recruitment, training and development of the F&B team

Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints, providing effective resolutions

Prepare shift schedules and rosters to optimise staffing levels

Contribute to the implementation of new initiatives and procedures to improve operational efficiency

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to lead and motivate a team

Proficient in inventory management, cost control and staff rostering

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment including evenings and weekends
