· To prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards recipes.

· To ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistent.

· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and work areas.

· Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.

· Assist in food preparation and ingredient portioning.

· To operate and maintain good condition of all food & beverage equipment and utensils.

· Monitor stock levels and report shortages.

· Work together with F&B staff for smooth daily operations.

· To ensure the recommended stock level of all food items are in place and updated when necessary.

· Carry out other duties as assigned by the HOD / Supervisor.
