THE JOBSCOPE:

Golf Booking/Services:

· To manage golf booking through phone, email, or in-person inquiries.

· Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly and professional demeanor.

· Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.

· Handle cash and payment transactions accurately.

· Respond to emails and messages in a timely and professional manner.

· Provide administrative support to HOD/Assistant Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Customer Service Skills:

· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Communication Skills:

· Able to communicate in Malay, English (Other languages is an added advantage)

Organizational Skills:

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Attention to detail in managing bookings, payment etc.

Computer Proficiency:

· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Professional Appearance:

· Neat and professional appearance with adherence to the Company's dress code.

Flexibility:

· Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
