Job Description
What You'll Do:
Drive EZ Rx adoption by meeting and exceeding key metrics, including achieving the highest possible number of first‑purchase customers. Customer is referencing to general practitioners, independent pharmacies, trade shops, doctors, pharmacists and purchasers.
Support CRM, email, and telesales activities to deliver effective omnichannel marketing and strengthen Marketplace performance.
Execute commercial strategies for assigned customers to support EZ Rx and Marketplace growth objectives.
Promote and present EZ Rx and Marketplace programs, conduct training for dealers and retailers, and lead initiatives to acquire and develop new customers.
Plan and manage weekly and monthly work schedules with the superior to ensure effective execution, strong coverage, and achievement of both quantity and quality activity targets.
Stay updated on competitor activities, eCommerce developments, regulatory changes, and market trends, and provide timely insights to the company.
Continuously enhance functional competencies and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
Ensure full compliance with company policies and local industry codes of conduct, upholding the highest standards of integrity.
Demonstrate and promote Zuellig Pharma's core values in all daily responsibilities, interactions, and customer engagements.

Must-Have:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
3 - 5 years of experience in sales, field force, customer engagement, or retail/clinic/pharmacy-facing roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify customer behaviors and adapt selling approaches quickly.
Self-driven with strong learning agility, capable of working independently to achieve activity targets, KPIs, and adoption goals.
Advantage to Have:
Experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, consumer healthcare, or related healthcare industries.
Prior exposure to digital platforms, B2B ordering tools, eCommerce systems, or marketplace environments.Ability to manage multiple product lines, promotions, or campaigns simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
Familiarity with Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) platforms, CRM tools, or field reporting applications.
Proven experience in conducting training, demonstrations, or product presentations to retailers, dealers, clinics, or pharmacies.
Strong planning and time management skills, particularly in managing weekly and monthly work schedules.
Understanding of competitive landscape, retail environment dynamics, and market trends within the healthcare ecosystem.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, commercial, and operations.
