What You'll Do:

To close working relationships with the internal department, development, and follow-up on picking and dispatch process on daily activities.
Close monitor and support including following up for outstanding daily outstanding orders, prepare the data
To ensure that the safety of people, stocks infrastructure and equipment is observed at all times.
Keep immediate superior informed at all times of any problems or incidents occurring in the work place.
Ensures and maintains good housekeeping and 5S.
Performs other duties as assigned when required.

What Will Make You Successful:

Must-Have:

Minimum SPM qualification with 1+ years of professional experience in customer service or call centre in a company.
Prioritize workload and meet deadline
Self-driven and a self-starter who can work independently

Advantage to Have:

Knowledge of products and services
Knowledge on GMP, GSDP, GDPMD and ISO 9001 requirements
Communications skills (Both verbal and written)
