Job Summary:

Operate day-to-day manufacturing production and contribute to the achievement of throughput, yield and product performance goals. Troubleshoot day-to-day machine and process issue to ensure good machine ability.

Essential Job Functions (Competencies):

Prepare the raw material and execute production plan as assigned by production supervisor.

Setup and maintenance of production equipments

Maintenance of process control plan.

Responsible for data record and data collection relating to daily tool performance and associated product performance.

Responsible for solving day-to-day production, equipment, and process problems.

Maintain effective communication with production associates and manufacturing engineers.

Adhere to all safety procedures and good housekeeping standards

Any other duties & responsibilities which the Management / Superior may assign from time to time.

Education & Experience:

Completed secondary education, with SPM or technical/vocational certificate and is able to write simple English.

Has minimum of 1 year working experience in a production environment.

Is able to read and record production data on work order and CIS.

Able to perform basic arithmetic function of addition and subtraction.
