Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business priorities

Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and people development

Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives

Provide guidance on HR policies and employment law compliance

Drive employee engagement and positive workplace practices

Support organizational change and transformation initiatives

Use HR data and insights to support decision-making

Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives



Attributes We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field

Min 8-10 years of HR experience with strong HRBP exposure

Good knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Professionalism and confidentiality

Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
