Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Operations
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for:

Air Handling Units (AHU)

Dehumidification Units (DHU)

Chilled water pumps, condenser pumps, transfer pumps

Electric motors, couplings, bearings, belts, pulleys

Perform routine inspection, lubrication, alignment, and vibration checks

Attend to breakdown maintenance and restore systems within required response time

Conduct motor checks (current, insulation resistance, temperature)

Troubleshooting & Repair
Diagnose mechanical faults (noise, vibration, overheating, leakage, pressure issues)

Replace bearings, seals, belts, filters, dampers, valves, and gaskets

Support minor overhaul and shutdown maintenance activities

Assist commissioning and testing of new or replaced equipment

Documentation & Compliance
Record maintenance activities, checklists, and service reports

Update asset history and maintenance logs

Follow safety procedures, permit-to-work (PTW), and LOTO requirements

Ensure compliance with site safety and SOPs

Team & Client Support
Coordinate with electrical technicians and supervisors

Support client audits, inspections, and FM requirements

Assist supervisors during site emergencies or urgent call-outs
