Key Responsibilities
Prepare 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for M&E Tools , building and infrastructure projects

Develop and maintain models using Revit / AutoCAD / Navisworks (discipline-specific)

Produce shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings

Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, MEP, and CSA disciplines

Assist with clash detection and model coordination reviews

Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and authority requirements

Revise drawings based on design changes, site feedback, and RFIs

Maintain drawing registers, revisions, and document control

Skills & Experience Required
Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Drafting, BIM, or related field

Minimum 2–5 years experience as a Drafter or BIM Modeller

Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (Navisworks is a plus)

Experience in building, infrastructure, or industrial projects

Good understanding of construction methodology and sequencing

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

Strong attention to detail and coordination mindset

Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

Highly Regarded (Bonus)
Experience with MEP / Electrical / Mechanical / CSA BIM modelling

Experience supporting design & build projects

Exposure to data centres, hospitals, factories, or high-spec facilities
