Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement customer strategies, sales plans, and go-to-market approaches to achieve sales targets

· Manage sales projections, stock forecasts, and inventory holding to support profitability

· Oversee A&P trade funds and TTA investments, ensuring e􀆯icient budget utilization

· Analyze account performance and provide post-activation reviews for continuous improvement

· Lead business negotiations and conduct quarterly business reviews with assigned customers

· Identify new business opportunities and ensure timely listing of new products in trade channels

· Deliver market insights and category trends with actionable recommendations

· Build strong customer relationships and collaborate across departments to execute account plans

· Support formulary listings through strategic engagement and market intelligence

· Mentor and guide Key Account Executives, fostering a culture of growth and accountability

· Actively participate in meetings, training, and personal development initiatives
