Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

· Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.

· Identify new business opportunities across homecare, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and elderly care providers.

· Drive product penetration and expand account share through strategic development.

· Conduct visits, product presentations, and business reviews with key stakeholders.

Account Management

· Build and maintain strong relationships with purchasing managers, nursing directors, caregivers, and decision makers.

· Manage accounts to ensure smooth ordering, delivery, and product availability.

· Address customer inquiries and service requirements promptly.

· Negotiate pricing, promotions, and contractual agreements.

Channel Execution & Support

· Implement trade programs, sampling activities, and product education initiatives.

· Gather market insights, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to refine strategies.

· Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, product guidelines, and regulatory standards.

Reporting & Administration

· Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.

· Maintain accurate customer records and CRM activity logs.

· Monitor performance and recommend corrective or growth actions.
