Requirements:

Certificate or Diploma holder or any related field with a minimum of 2-3 years in administration,

Preferably in heavy equipment, automotive or industrial sector,

Experience in handling job documentation, billing process, PO/PR etc,

Possess good interpersonal communication skills and analytical thinking in addition to positive aptitude and attitude,

Good communication skills & Organizing Skills,

Fluent in spoken and written in English & Bahasa Melayu,

Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment.

Responsibilities;

Provide administrative and operational support to the Service Department,

Ensure smooth coordination of service activities, accurate documentation, and effective communication between internal & external parties,

Monitor and manage all Work in Progress (WIP) jobs, ensuring they are review, updated, and closed within Company Policy from the last technician labor entry date,Actively follow up with the technical team, admin, and parts department to prevent aging WIP and ensure clean closure of all jobs,

Maintain financial accuracy, process compliance and deliver timely, efficient service operations as aligned with organizational and divisional,

Track and validate that all technician timecards are fully transferred into each service job before proceeding with invoicing to ensure,

Verify the availability off all supporting documents required for job closure and invoicing, including packing slips, SOS reports and service reports.
