Requirements:

Diploma in Electrical Engineering or any related field or equivalent,

Proficient in spoken & written English and Bahasa Melayu,

Able to work with minimum supervision,

Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with positive attitude,

Must be IT literate and proficient in software application.

Responsibilities:

Handle all parts sourcing for the Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) department,

Assist Engineers with Purchase Requisition (PR) preparation and documentation,

Coordinate documentation and registration for site employees and subcontractors under E&I contracts,

Monitor open service orders and obtain customer acceptance upon project completion,

Prepare and submit invoices after receiving customer acceptance,

Support the team in commercial submissions for bidding exercises when required,

Manage and maintain vendor records, pool, and database,

Assist the immediate supervisor with sales, service-related tasks, and other assigned duties,

Prepare sales reports and presentations as required,

Support contract management activities,

Conduct vendor performance evaluations,
