Function and duties:
Co-ordination with vendors as per the requirements of the organization.

Manage housekeeping, security, transport, and pantry supply.

Provide assistance administrative matters promptly

Interaction with Finance team for invoice processing, payments, and providing provisions on a timely basis.

Interaction with User departments for existing and new requirements, sourcing, negotiating with vendors.

Maintaining stock and monitoring inventory.

To ensure 100% legal compliance by vendor at all times.

Assisting support services staff in their activities.

Ensuring safety and security at all times.


Qualifications and Technical Job Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration or related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in administrative and facility management roles.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in MS Office and calendar management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
