Responsibilities

Shipment Coordination & Management

Execute shipment bookings with various carriers and freight forwarders

Monitor and follow up on booking status from initiation through final delivery

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure shipment readiness

Track shipments and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

Documentation & Compliance

Prepare and review all necessary shipping documents

Ensure all documentation complies with international shipping regulations

Maintain accurate records of all shipping activities

Assist in preparing shipping reports

Administrative Support

Provide comprehensive support to the Shipping Manager

Process shipping-related invoices and maintain cost records

Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders for delivery-related matters

Coordinate with warehouse team for shipment preparation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shipping issues

Requirements

Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply

Strong attention to detail with ability to follow procedures accurately

Ability to work effectively in collaborative environments

Good command of English for correspondence and documentation

Good communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Experience in handling documentation related to logistics/shipping is highly desirable.

Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

PC literate and able to communicate both English and BM
